Post 5. Equip your people: 30x30 Happiness Playbooks
Here’s a recap: The 30x30 Happiness Challenge runs November 1–30 with one activity per day, building mental fitness citywide.
Your employees get the Employee Playbook, with daily activities and reflection space. Your HR and managers get the HR Playbook, with workplace activations, team prompts, and internal communications strategies.
Yup. It's that simple.
How to equip your people:
• Order your Playbooks early – Purchase both the Employee and HR Playbooks on Amazon here. (Tip: do this early, like, today (!) to ensure they arrive before November 1st).
• Distribute to employees – Hand out the Employee Playbooks a few days before the Challenge begins so everyone knows what to expect and how to use them.

• Brief your HR/Happiness team – Share the HR Playbook with your internal Happiness team and managers in advance. Decide which activities will run across the whole organization, and which managers can choose to do with their teams.
• Plan your schedule – Map out activities ahead of time, whether daily or weekly, so that logistics, timing, and communications run smoothly.
• Communicate consistently – Use your internal channels (newsletters, intranet, social media, townhalls) to keep employees engaged, reinforce participation, and highlight success stories.
