Post 9. What's Next? Dubai 30x30 Happiness Challenge
Congratulations!
You’ve just wrapped up 30 days of the Dubai 30x30 Happiness Challenge. That’s no small feat. Between coordinating activities, engaging employees, and sharing stories, you’ve built momentum around happiness in your workplace – and that’s something worth celebrating.
But here’s the most important message: don’t stop now!
The feedback, participation, photos, and stories you’ve collected over the last month are more than just nice memories – they’re your launch pad for Phase 2. This is your chance to turn short-term activations into long-term strategy.

Think about what comes next:
• Onboarding: Use happiness-based practices to introduce new employees to your culture.
• Manager training: Equip leaders with evidence-based skills that drive team wellbeing (and performance). Their actions drive 70% of employee wellbeing, so it's important to address them.
• CSR initiatives: Extend your happiness footprint into the community.
• Measurement: Start tracking happiness and connect it to key indicators like productivity, retention, and innovation.
• Wellbeing strategy redesign: Use the Challenge learnings to rethink your broader HR and organizational wellbeing approach.
You don’t have to start from scratch. In the HR Playbook appendix, you’ll find a bonus section with research, case studies, and tools to help you build an even stronger business case for why happiness at work matters – and how to measure its returns. These insights can support your next pitch to leadership and strengthen your wellbeing strategy for years to come.
So celebrate your success – you’ve earned it. And then, take the next step.
Happiness isn’t just for 30 days, it’s the foundation for organizational excellence.
With much gratitude and very hearty congratulations,
Dr. Louise Lambert

P.S.S. Don’t forget to mark your calendar for next September 1st 2026, where we can start planning to do it all over again! But, please take a well deserved rest first - LOL!
