Dr. Louise Lambert
Many dismiss happiness as superficial; yet, the evidence suggests otherwise.
Decades of research show that higher levels of psychological wellbeing are associated with better health, stronger performance, greater productivity, improved learning, and more stable relationships. At both individual and organizational levels, wellbeing is not decorative. It is functional.
Happiness is expressed through measurable psychological capacities: optimism, engagement, vitality, belonging, curiosity, persistence, courage, humour, and prosocial behavior. These are serious constructs within positive psychology, the science of wellbeing, and they shape how people think, decide, relate, and perform.
For more than 20 years, my work has focused on translating this science into practical application across leadership, healthcare, education, and public systems.
Conferences, Panel Moderation
We are regularly invited to speak on topics related to wellbeing, leadership behavior, organizational health, and psychological capability. Our engagements span themes in positive psychology as well as adjacent domains like youth employability, human-centered cities, culture and wellbeing, technology and AI in wellbeing, and the role of the private sector in advancing societal health.
Our sessions are grounded in research, informed by regional experience, and tailored to executive, academic, policy, and cross-sector audiences.
We also moderate panels and roundtables, bringing scientific rigor, structured dialogue, and thoughtful questioning to complex discussions.
If you are curating an event focused on leadership, health, performance, or societal wellbeing, we would be pleased to explore how we can contribute meaningfully to your program.
