Dubai 30x30 Happiness Challenge
Inspired by the Dubai 30x30 Fitness Challenge, this initiative runs alongside the city’s annual celebration of health and wellbeing—only this time, we’re focusing on mental fitness. For 30 days, we turn our attention to happiness with practical, science-backed strategies you can use at work, at home, and in everyday life.
Created by Dr. Louise Lambert, the 30x30 Happiness Challenge is a dedicated happiness stream to boost your mood, sharpen your thinking, and strengthen your social connections. Whether you are part of an organization or joining as an individual, take part and experience the benefits of training your mind, just as you would your body.

What is the 30x30 Happiness Challenge?
Just as we engage with physical fitness for greater health, we can exercise mental fitness for greater happiness.
Our 30-day program of mental fitness strategies is rooted in positive psychology.
Each day introduces a simple, evidence-based practice that builds emotional wellbeing, social connection, and mental strength.
Organizations can participate using two playbooks:
- The Employee Playbook: Daily happiness strategies and reflection prompts
- The HR Playbook: Daily team activities, manager strategies, stakeholder ideas, and internal comms prompts

Review the materials, choose how you’ll activate (daily nudges, weekly events, team challenges), identify partners and stakeholders, plan communications, and organize selected events, including asking me to come and talk!
Prepare to Launch (by Oct 20)
Ensure playbooks are ready for distribution, prep logistics, announce your participation, and involve leaders visibly.
