Satisfaction and Refund Policy 

If at any point you feel the program is not the right fit, we encourage you to raise this directly. The first step is a conversation to assess whether adjustments can be made to better meet your needs.

If you decide to discontinue, unused sessions will be refunded at a pro-rated rate of AED 1,750 per remaining session. A fixed AED 300 administrative processing fee will be deducted to cover payment platform and transaction costs.
